Government General Hospital Khammam is a Government Hospital serving under the supervision of Medical College Department HODs along with Support of Telangana Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad (TVVP) doctors who is serving from long years in the facility.
History of Government General Hospital
Government General Hospital Khammam is the former District Hospital and Head Quarters for all the Area Hospital(AH), Community Health centres(CHC), Primary Health Centres(PHC) and BasthiDawakanas in and around Khammam District.
The Hospital is serving to the people of Khammam, BhadradriKothagudem District with the help of approximately 20 Department Specialist Doctors recognised under Telangana Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad(TVVP) including Super Speciality Departments.
The Government General Hospital has dedicated Central Laboratory, T-Hub Radiology, T-Hub Diagnostics Accepting Samples from every corner of Khammam District.
This hospital is well equipped with 750 beds including 150 beds dedicated to Mother & Child Hospital(MCH) Khammam, 50 beds for Palliative care, 20 beds for Dialysis ward, 20 beds and etc.,
